Cancellation Policy

We do our very best to be flexible because things happen! Please communicate with us if you need to cancel or reschedule last minute. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you do not show up to your appointment without communicating with us, you will be charged 100% of the service booked and will not be able to book again until its paid. Finally, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we won’t be able to take you & our late cancellation policy will still apply. We do not perform rushed services as quality of our work is top priority. Please text us as soon as you know you are running late so we can try to fit you in. Please do not message us on social media if you need to cancel or if you’re running late. Clients with multiple late cancellations/no shows on their account will no longer be able to book with us.

Sunburns + Sun Exposure

If you show up to your appointment with a sunburn, you will be turned away and our cancellation policy will still apply. It is fully your responsibility to cancel your appointment at least 24hrs before if you have a sunburn. If you get a spray tan over a sunburn, your skin will start to reject the tan and it will start to peel off. Trust us, its not worth it! Avoid this by being religious with SPF weeks leading up to your appointment

Double Bookings

Booking an additional appointment does not cancel the old one. Please make sure you are cancelling the appointments you don't need. If your forget to cancel an appointment, our late cancellation & no show policy will still apply. It is fully your responsibility to stay on top of your appointments. Please text us if you need help rebooking or cancelling.
