Cancellation Policy
We do our very best to be flexible because we understand things happen! Please communicate with us if you need to cancel or reschedule last minute
If you cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged the price of the service booked
If you do not show up to your appointment without communicating with us, unfortunately, you will no longer be a client & will not be able to rebook any services with us
Finally, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we won’t be able to take you & our late cancellation policy will still apply. We do not perform rushed services as the quality of our work is the top priority. Please text us as soon as you know you are running late so we can try to fit you in. Letting us know that you are running late at the start time of your appointment does not give us enough time to figure out if we can accommodate you
After 3 late cancellations, you will no longer be allowed to book with us.

When should I get a mani/pedi?
Your manicure and/or your pedicure should be completed before your spray tan. 24 hours prior is recommended. If you get your nails done right before, it's not the end of the world! Just make sure to remove all lotions/oils before your spray tan. Never get your mani/pedi after the tan. The process and products used cans seriously mess with the tan development
When should I get my spray tan?
It's best to get your spray tan 24 - 48 hours before your event. Spray tans need time to develop & it can sometimes take 24 hours before you see your full color. Never get your spray tan the same day of your event.
*P.s - getting a rapid rinse tan does not mean it develops faster. It only means you can rinse it off sooner. Rapid Rinse tans can still take up to 24 hours to develop*
How long will my spray tan last?
Your spray tan will last about 5 - 7 days, depending on how you take care of it and your lifestyle. Exfoliating your skin before the tan is the key for a long lasting and even tan. Moisturizing with a tan safe body lotion will keep your color locked in and prevent it from fading unevenly. Lastly, many drugstore body washes will strip your tan quickly. Investing in tan safe body care is essential.
*Pro tip: if you use a tan extender daily, your tan can last up to 2 weeks*
